A seven-day retreat exploring śamatha (calm abiding) practice through the lens of Mahayana traditions, drawing on the Saṃdhinirmocana Sūtra and the Awakening of Faith in Mahāyāna, examining the non-dual nature of mind across Zen and Tibetan Vajrayāna approaches.
