Audio: Our Life as Gaia

A guided meditation exploring “our life as Gaia”. This meditation was prepared as part of a 6 week online course in Deep Ecology. It is inspired by the “Cosmic Spiral” process, often presented as part of a “Council of All Beings” workshop process. This is a n original version re-written by me, aiming to shift the register into that of an embodied meditation practice, grounded in the four elements, as opposed to a ceremony relating facts and figures.
